Lead Enterprise Infrastructure — Not Just Maintain It

We are representing a stable, growth-oriented, family-owned financial institution seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise network architecture, oversee a team of 10 technical professionals, and drive meaningful infrastructure modernization initiatives.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with real ownership of Cisco architecture, data center strategy, disaster recovery readiness, and team development.

What You’ll Lead

Enterprise LAN/WAN architecture and redundancy design Cisco routers and Nexus switching infrastructure Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) Network segmentation and performance monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow) Data center infrastructure oversight Third-party managed firewall and security services Disaster recovery planning and resiliency initiatives Infrastructure compliance within a regulated environment A team of approximately 10 engineers and infrastructure professionals
