IT Infrastructure Engineer - Cardiff IT Infrastructure Engineer with good 2nd line and some 3rd line IT Support experience in Microsoft Server, network infrastructure & cloud infrastructure in Azure is required by a leading company based in central Cardiff. The role will be 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home, so you must be able to commute to the Cardiff office. This role would suit a more junior IT infrastructure engineer / 2nd line IT engineer, looking for that step in their career! You will work alongside skilled senior engineers to deliver service to users across the firm. As well as troubleshooting issues, you will also work with the team to develop the firm's systems and networks. Skills and experience: Strong 2nd / 3rd line IT support, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues Experience in Microsoft Server administrator as a minimum requirement Excellent experience with Virtualisation, InTune & Modern Workplace Technologies Experience supporting Azure cloud-based solutions Experience working with backup software - ideally Veeam Networking knowledge around areas including patching and SAN, etc. The role is due to growth and a big expansion of the IT team, so it is a brilliant time to join.
