What will I be doing? Working within a small collaborative IT team, your primary responsibility is to support the delivery of their IT support services. This role is predominantly infrastructure support looking after our desktop, cloud & server estate we are looking for an all-rounder, working hands-on, with some aspects being hands-off working alongside our MSP. You will be carrying out desktop support, server/cloud support using Azure, Windows server & Linux. From time-to-time working on various IT related projects enhancing the services that they offer such as server upgrades, cloud based digital transformation, WIFI, router, switch upgrades and general infrastructure. Expertise in networking, virtualisation, Identity & Access management Proficiency in infrastructure automation and scripting Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
