\n\nAbout the Role\n

We are looking for an experienced IT Field Service Technician to join a secure, high-profile environment. This role involves managing IT hardware and stock, performing repairs, and ensuring service levels are maintained across multiple sites.

\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

\n \nTicket Management: Handle and update service tickets for your hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring SLA compliance. \n

\nStock & Asset Management: Manage hub stock, scan items in/out, and maintain accurate asset records. \n

\nDisposals: Oversee hardware disposals in line with contractual requirements. \n

\nHardware Repairs: Triage and repair in-warranty equipment; liaise with vendors for parts and returns. \n

\nLocker Replenishment: Ensure lockers are stocked appropriately. \n

\nService Improvement: Identify potential issues and suggest improvements to your Team Leader. \n

\nCompliance: Follow all site regulations and agreed processes. \n

\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n

\n \nExperience: 2+ years in a PC field service or workshop environment. \n

\nTechnical Skills: Familiarity with hardware repairs; HP & Dell accreditation (or willingness to train). \n

\nClearance: Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance (UK with UK passport). \n

\nDriving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence required. \n

\nFlexibility: Must join the out-of-hours rota and standby schedule. \n

\n \nHoliday Entitlement: 31 days (pro-rata) \n

\nIR35 Status: In Scope \n

\nPay Rate: £18.87 per hour \n
