Tasks & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain multiple test environments, pre-production and the production environment to ensure stability, availability, and performance. Owner of environment documentation such as Architecture, Specifications, Connectivity, IP address and VLAN allocation. Enforcement of document change and version control. Implement and enforce environment management best practices, including configuration management, version control, and change management. Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to schedule and deploy environment updates and changes. Ownership of capacity management for the SG platforms tracking business-as-usual growth alongside forward planning for future non-organic growth. Operate as primary contact for the customer alongside account management to ensure all future customer requirements can be planned accordingly. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand environment requirements and ensure they are met. Plan and execute environment refreshes, upgrades, and migrations as needed.
