IT Disaster Recovery Consultant Contractor required to work with our industry leading client to define, document and test a disaster recovery strategy for an enterprise technology solution. Hybrid working - 2 days per week on site. General responsibilities: Provide technical guidance on solutions and issues related to all applications Develop and maintain technical standards and ensure best practice is adopted for the implementation of the solutions Act as a primary technical point of contact for specific projects Produce high-level design and technical specifications incorporating impact analysis Facilitate design meetings and workshops, creating an inclusive environment to develop ideas from engineers, developers and business analysts Support the definition, documentation and testing of the disaster recovery strategy for the enterprise technology solution Completing tasks assigned by the IT Infrastructure manager on a daily basis Reporting or highlighting issues to the IT Infrastructure manager Engagement via Umbrella Company Only; all taxes & NI deducted at source.
