​Contract Opportunity: IT Delivery Manager / Scrum Master (with Service Management Expertise)

Location: London - Hybrid - Requires travel onsite twice a week

We're partnering with a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector who are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to support a major transformation initiative.

This role sits within the Service Management workstream of a large-scale programme and requires strong project delivery capabilities alongside a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide RAID management support to the Service Management workstream.

Collaborate with the IT Service Management BAU Manager to:

Deliver the service model for suppliers linked to a new strategic programme.

Design and implement the Business-as-Usual (BAU) IT Service Target Operating Model (TOM) for both legacy systems and future-state services.

Maintain weekly status reporting, delivery oversight, and regular project updates.

Ensure project artefacts (RAID logs, plans, reports) are kept up to date and accurate throughout the engagement.

You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in complex environments.

MUST Have experience with ServiceNow

Hands-on expertise in RAID management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery oversight.

A solid understanding of IT Service Management frameworks and operating models.

Experience working within regulated sectors (ideally energy, utilities, or similar).

Comfortable working in a contractor capacity, providing high-impact results from day one.
