Are you a proactive, hands‑on IT Support professional who loves solving problems and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for an IT & Applications Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across the organisation.

As our new IT & Applications Analyst, you will:

Provide high quality technical support via phone, email, remote tools and in person Troubleshoot hardware, software, application and networking issues Manage and maintain service tickets - ensuring clear updates and timely resolution Support user account administration and basic server related tasks Assist with Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Support end user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers) Contribute to IT projects and team knowledge documentation Join our out‑of‑hours paid overtime rota when required If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!

Experience in a hands on IT support experience in a professional services environment Experience with: Windows Desktop Microsoft 365 Active Directory user configuration Basic networking (cabling, patching) Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong customer service skills - both face‑to‑face and remote Understanding of data protection and confidentiality Experience supporting legal applications (iManage, Proclaim, BigHand) is desirable but not essential. Experience working across multi‑office environments Previous law firm or professional services experienceIn return, you will be part of a friendly, collaborative IT Service team where your ideas, initiative and growth matter.
