Investor Relations Analyst/Associate

£60K-£80K plus bonus and benefits - 5 days in office

Our client, a highly successful Venture Capital firm based in Mayfair, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to join their dynamic Investor Relations team. In this role, you will support the execution of their investor communication strategy, assisting in the preparation of materials for earnings calls, investor meetings, and other key communications. 

Responsibilities

\n\t
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for earnings releases, investor meetings, and conferences
\n\t
• Support the development of key messaging for investor communications
\n\t
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investor strategies
\n\t
• Maintain and update investor databases and tracking systems
\n\t
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment in messaging
\n\t
• Help organise and coordinate investor events and conferences
\n

Requirement:

\n\t
• 2-4 years of experience in business development and investor relations within finance or consultancy
\n\t
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
\n\t
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data
\n\t
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\t
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
\n\t
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems
\n

\n\t
• Familiarity with financial modelling and valuation techniques
\n\t
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies
\n

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting
\n\t
• Experience with presentation software to create compelling financial presentations
\n\t
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools is a plus
