What youll do:
  • End-to-end sales for existing and new customers
  • Proactively make outbound calls via phone and Teams to generate leads and build rapport
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to deliver value
  • Present products, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Use CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Provide regular updates to directors and take ownership of personal development
What were looking for:
  • 2+ years proven end-to-end sales experience
  • Experience in industrial water treatment or scientific industries is a plus
  • Skilled in telephone sales and CRM systems (Pipedrive/Unleashed)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Determined, customer-focused, and self-motivated
