Our client is growing engineering business is seeking a proactive Internal Sales Executive to help drive early‑stage sales activity within the food and drink sector. This role supports structured outbound business development and the generation of qualified opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The identification and qualification of new sales leads within the food and drink sector. Conducting outbound activity via phone, email and LinkedIn. Researching prospective customers and gathering initial commercial information. Arranging introductory meetings with prospective customers. Maintaining accurate CRM and activity records.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in business development, internal sales or lead generation. Confidence with the ability to communicate professionally. Resilience, organisation and attention to detail. A positive, team‑oriented approach.
