Internal Sales ExecutiveLocation: Daventry Salary: £29,000-£32,000Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:15-16:45 Friday: 08:30-16:00Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client in Daventry with their hiring of an Internal Sales Executive on a permanent basis. They have a close knit team and you'll be an important part of their operation. This role will combine customer service, knowledge of the product range and sales expertise. You will be the first point of contact to many customers, and will be there to provide product and service advice, handle enquiries and identify opportunities to grow sales and margins.Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries professionally via telephone and email, delivering an outstanding customer experienceProcess customer orders, quotations, and sales transactions accurately and efficientlyAdvise customers on product availability, pricing, and stock levels, ensuring all information is captured correctlyPrepare and follow up on quotations and open enquiries to maximise conversionProvide technical advice and specialist product knowledge to support customer needsHitting daily/weekly/monthly KPI's by proactively contacting new and existing customers through warm and cold outbound calls within your allocated regionIdentify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and promotionsBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsWork closely with the Purchasing and External Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and sales efficiencyManage customer issues, including order queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentationSupport sales campaigns by sending literature and catalogues and following up accordinglyMaintain accurate records and update customer information on internal systemsWork collaboratively within a small, target-driven team to achieve territory and company goalsAttend meetings, training sessions, and regular 1-to-1s with your manager What We're Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional telephone mannerA strong focus on customer experience and relationship buildingSales-driven mindset with enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding targetsAbility to learn new products, services, and systems quicklyProactive, positive, and “can-do” attitudeStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload effectivelyComfortable working under pressure, both independently and as part of a teamConfident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated approach to work Please apply with an updated cv.If you'd like to discuss your application, please contact Dan Pearce.07791991352INDNHJBRP1_UKTJ
