Were recruiting a driven and commercially minded
Inside Sales Consultant
to join a high-performing B2C sales operation within a well-established and financially stable business. This is a
pure sales role
designed for experienced closers who thrive in outbound calling environments and are motivated by high earnings. Youll work exclusively with
warm and hot pre-qualified leads , consistently achieving conversion rates of
82%+ . Please note:
The £32,000 basic salary is non-negotiable. Success in this role requires confidence, resilience, and a proven ability to close over the phone. What Youll Be Doing
Converting a steady flow of warm inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Making outbound calls to pre-qualified prospects
Presenting tailored quotations and commercial solutions
Managing objections and closing deals confidently and compliantly
Owning your pipeline from first contact through to sale
Accurately updating CRM systems and maintaining audit-ready records
Consistently exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and conversion benchmarks
Working collaboratively within a results-focused inside sales team
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in Inside Sales, Internal Sales, Telesales, or similar
Strong outbound calling and deal-closing capability
Background in commission-based, target-driven environments
Confident communicator with excellent objection-handling skills
Commercially astute, competitive, and results-focused
Professional, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure
