What You'll Be Doing As a key link between our customers and internal teams, you'll: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and deliver outstanding service every time Process orders efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Manage a diverse product range including roofing, civils, and insulation products Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure smooth delivery and service Proactively identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on quotes Upsell products and help maximise revenue across our portfolio Coordinate deliveries, optimise transport efficiency, and keep customers informed Handle queries and complaints with professionalism, urgency, and care Gather customer feedback and use insights to improve service and satisfaction Provide support across the team, including holiday cover when needed

What We're Looking For You'll be someone who: Loves interacting with customers and building strong relationships Has excellent communication skills-both written and verbal Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Can stay calm under pressure and handle challenges confidently Is proactive, self-motivated, xehkeey and thrives in a busy environment Works well with others and builds positive internal relationships Is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities Bonus points if you have: Experience in sales, customer service, or account management Knowledge of manufacturing or construction industries Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems Upselling or business development experience
