Your new role:
As a Technologist, you'll be at the heart of the design and delivery process, taking projects from concept through to completion. Your role will be varied and rewarding, including:

  • Design Development: Assess client requirements and create tailored design solutions
  • Technical Expertise: Produce detailed building plans using CAD software
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design challenges early
  • Leadership: Drive the design process and coordinate with internal teams
  • Project Management: Prepare tender documentation and manage contract bids
  • On-Site Involvement: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality
  • Compliance: Submit statutory applications and liaise with regulatory bodies
  • Collaboration: Participate in project meetings and maintain clear documentation
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of evolving design practices, building regulations, and technologies


What you will need to succeed:

  • A background in architecture or architectural technology
  • A degree in architecture or a related discipline
  • A collaborative mindset and ambition to grow professionally
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft 365, SketchUp, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Revit
