Intermediate Project Manager (M&E)\n\nLocation: North of Cambridge\n Salary: Circa £32,000\n Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays\n\nAbout the Company\n\nOur client is a well-established and highly regarded Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor, delivering high-quality projects across the construction sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Intermediate Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming project works.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs an Intermediate Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of M&E projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with senior project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of M&E projects\n\nSupport programme management, cost control, and procurement activities\n\nLiaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams\n\nMonitor site progress and assist with reporting\n\nEnsure compliance with health & safety and company procedures\n\nSupport project documentation, variations, and project close-out\n\nAbout You\n\nExperience within Construction or M&E is highly desirable but not essential \n\nCandidates with strong project management or project works experience from other sectors will also be considered\n\nGood organisational and communication skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities\n\nAmbitious, proactive, and keen to develop a long-term career in project management\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary circa £32,000\n\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\n\nOpportunity to work with a reputable and growing contractor\n\nSupportive working environment with career development and progression\n\nApply Now\n\nIf you are an aspiring or intermediate Project Manager looking for your next career step, we’d love to hear from you.
