Interim Supply Chain Finance Business Partner Global Consumer-Focused Business | Hybrid Working | Immediate Requirement **

Option of fixed-term contract or day rate (outside IR35) depending on experience or salaried for FTC** The Opportunity We are partnering exclusively with a well established international organisation with a broad global footprint and a portfolio of widely recognised products. The organisation is currently navigating increased cost and operational focus across its global supply chain, driven by ongoing economic volatility. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly visible, commercially critical area of the business, supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to key decision-making across international operations. You will be joining a collaborative and supportive environment, where finance plays a central role in driving performance and continuous improvement. The Role This position sits firmly within business partnering, rather than BAU finance, and will focus on supporting the supply chain function through a period of heightened complexity and change. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as a trusted finance partner to supply chain and operations, providing insight, support and constructive challenge Leading scenario modelling, stress testing and reforecasting in response to cost volatility Analysing COGS movements and variances, identifying key cost drivers and delivering actionable insight Advising on the financial implications of operational decisions and cost changes Supporting a global supply chain remit across multiple regions Influencing senior stakeholders to drive performance and decision-making Driving continuous improvement across supply chain finance, processes and reporting What We're Looking For Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments Background in a large, complex organisation, ideally with international exposure Proven ability to operate in an interim or project based capacity, or demonstrable experience delivering across multiple change initiatives Strong capability in financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis Experience of challenging stakeholders and influencing outcomes, with a solutions-focused mindset Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Skills & Attributes Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Confident in providing constructive challenge at senior level Commercially aware, with the ability to translate data into insight and action Adaptable and collaborative, suited to a high-performing but supportive culture Technical Requirements Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP systems) Advanced Excel skills, particularly in modelling and analysis Additional Information Hybrid working model (approximately 5 days in the office over a 2-week period is preferred however this is flexibility) Option of fixed-term contract or day rate (outside IR35) depending on experience Immediate start post interview If you are interested in this role, please send your CV to
