HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a large complex organisation engage an Interim Strategy Manager for an initial 6-month assignment, supporting the development and delivery of the company’s 5-year strategic plan.

This role will work closely with the executive team and Head of Strategy, helping to shape long-term strategic priorities and translate them into clear, actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders to support the development and execution of the 5-year corporate strategy.
• Lead discrete strategy workstreams, including market and competitive assessments, growth initiatives, and commercial deep-dives.
• Build and own robust business cases, financial models and strategic options to support decision-making.
• Analyse financial, customer and operational data to identify risks, opportunities and value-creation levers.
• Translate insight into clear, pragmatic recommendations that support growth, efficiency and transformation.

Experience Required:

• Early-career background in top-tier strategy consulting.
• Experience operating within, or closely alongside, a Private Equity-backed or investor-led environment.
• Proven experience delivering strategy, commercial and transformation projects, ideally within retail, consumer or digitally led businesses.
• Strong analytical capability, with confidence building financial models and strategic business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
