Sewell Wallis are partnering with a fantastic business based in Harrogate as they looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager - FP&A on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an extremely financial solid business that continues to grow through acquisition. With many planned acquisitions on the horizon during this period they are seeking an experience financial planning and analysis manager to support them during this exciting time.

This company is based in Harrogate and offers hybrid working. They would ideally like 3 days in the office however can consider 2 days for the right person.

What will you be doing?

Ownership of the Group's budgets and forecasts - building in controls to ensure they are robust and flexible, ensuring they can handle future developments to the business structure. Production of the key internal reporting documents in respect of financial planning, including PowerPoint presentations for board-level consumption eg Annual budget and key re-forecasts. Work closely with the Divisional Finance teams and non-Finance stakeholders to continuously monitor progress against forecast/budget, understand variances and re-assess the forecast as necessary Forecast and reconcile of key financial measures monthly including net debt, working capital, free cashflow and capital expenditure Model and track compliance with the Group's banking covenants and produce quarterly reporting to the banking syndicate.
