Interim Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home Location: Herefordshire Contract: Interim 6 month contract Salary: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience) - OUTSIDE IR35 Start Date: January 2026 (must be on the DBS update service) Panoramic Associates are seeking an Interim Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home during a transitional period. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the home operates in line with Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements, while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people. Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory compliance On the DBS update service Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skill Experience supporting homes through Ofsted inspection or improvement plans Experience working with children with complex needs (EBD, trauma, or SEMH) Please note that this is an urgent requirement and interviews will be held before Christmas with a view to start in January 2026.
