This is a key leadership role, ensuring the home operates in line with Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements, while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people.Essential RequirementsPrevious experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential settingLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential ChildcareStrong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory complianceOn the DBS update serviceExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillExperience supporting homes through Ofsted inspection or improvement plansExperience working with children with complex needs (EBD, trauma, or SEMH)Please note that this is an urgent requirement and interviews will be held before Christmas with a view to start in January 2026.
