Job Description

Are you a Programme Manager who thrives on establishing order and driving delivery in complex environments? We're seeking an interim professional to lead the governance set-up and oversight for several new programmes of work with a major organisation in West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

Governance Design & Implementation: Develop and embed robust governance frameworks to ensure clarity, accountability, and effective decision-making across multiple programmes. Planning & Delivery: Run planning workshops, create detailed delivery plans, and ensure all programmes are set up for success from day one. Monitoring & Facilitation: Oversee adherence to governance processes, monitor progress, and facilitate working groups to keep delivery on track. Stakeholder Engagement: Use your excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, driving collaboration and buy-in across teams. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine processes and deliver greater value throughout the programme lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of designing and implementing governance structures. Skilled in planning, running workshops, and translating strategy into actionable plans. Confident facilitator, able to monitor compliance and keep teams aligned and motivated. Excellent communicator, adept at building relationships and driving engagement across diverse stakeholder groups. Regulatory experience is helpful but not essential-governance and delivery expertise are the priority.
