Our client, A leading Engineering Group, are looking for a HR Business Partner (Hybrid), to support the VP for HR Partnering during an exciting period of change for the Group. You will provide Partnering support to a specific business unit portfolio, co-ordinating a number of project work streams.


This is a broad ranging change role where you will have the opportunity, and autonomy to work with the senior leadership team, across a wide spectrum of positive HR change activity.


With support from a hugely collaborative Global HR function, other key responsibilities would include:


Partnering with employees and "People Leaders" to implement the HR elements of a number of projects to ensure they are fully aligned to the organisation's strategic goals and long term business plan.


Briefing, facilitating and managing all HR processes which are linked to ensuring project performance


Improving the HR area effectiveness and efficiency due to best practice sharing and

regular communication.


The successful candidate will have a background operating as a HR Business Partner in a similar large, preferably environment. Excellent stakeholder management and a degree of experience managing change programmes is required. Your generalist HR experience will be second to none .
