The Role

As Interim Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational leadership of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident experience are consistently delivered. You will provide stability, inspire teams, and drive performance while maintaining the organisation’s premium reputation.

Key Responsibilities Provide strong, visible leadership to the care and clinical teams Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies Oversee safeguarding, governance, and quality assurance processes Support and develop the staff team to maintain morale and performance Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and external professionals Manage occupancy, budgets, and operational performance Prepare for inspections and drive continuous improvement

About You

Experienced Care Home Manager with a strong regulatory background Proven track record of stabilising services and improving standards Confident managing inspections and working with regulators Commercially aware with sound financial oversight experience Calm under pressure, decisive, and solutions-focused Available at short notice for an interim assignment
