A pivotal and influential position has arisen for an Interim Head of Health and Safety to join Great Portland Estates (GPE), a highly regarded central London Property Investment and Development company.
Reporting directly to the Director of Portfolio Management, you will lead the business to exceed legal compliance and continue the delivery of the health and safety strategy across a £2.5 billion central London portfolio.

The successful Interim Head of Health and Safety will
Bring significant experience as an H&S professional at a “Head of Department” level, ideally within the property, facilities, or construction sectors.
Demonstrate the personal resilience and composure needed to respond positively to the needs of a demanding, high-profile client base.
Possess the ability to build strong internal relationships and use their own initiative to progress tasks while remaining a collaborative team player.
Successfully manage a team of employees, including providing direct line management and development support to the H&S Compliance Manager.
