We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Managerfor a short term project to support the business following the recent implementation of a new ERP system. This is a high-impact, short-term assignment focused on building robust financial reporting and driving meaningful insights for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with the SLT to understand business priorities and reporting requirements Lead the development and enhancement of financial reporting frameworks post-ERP implementation Translate business needs into clear, actionable financial insights Collaborate with the Power BI specialist to design and refine dashboards and reporting outputs Ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across new systems Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis where required Provide recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making processes Key Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in FP&A roles within complex or changing environments Strong track record of working on ERP implementations or post-implementation projects Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working at senior leadership level Ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insights Experience working alongside BI / data teams (Power BI preferred) Hands-on, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Contract Details: Interim / contract role , duration 3 - 6 months Immediate start preferred Flexible working arrangements available This is an exciting opportunity to shape how financial data is used across the organisation and to play a key role in embedding a new reporting framework following a major systems change.JBRP1_UKTJ
