Use-case & API research: For target connectors, map use-cases, produce short "integration briefs" and prioritise by customer value and effort.
Docs & partnerships: Publish/update internal and customer-facing guides on our partnership process (security reviews, scopes, data flows), runbooks, and FAQ; drive consistency across the docs portal.
Tooling & hygiene: Keep trackers up to date, improve internal scripts and dashboards, and suggest process/tool upgrades as we scale in the iPaaS/integration ecosystem.
Qualifications 1–3+ years in a technical operations, integrations, RevOps, or support-engineering role (startup or infra/SaaS).
Comfortable with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON, and reading OpenAPI/Swagger; you can test with cURL/Postman and write small scripts (Python/JS) to automate checks.
