Job Description
Telecoms Infrastructure Inspection Project Manager - Permanent\n\nUp to £60,000 + standard company benefits - West Midlands (Full-time on site)\n\nKey Skills / Responsibilities\n\nProject Delivery & Task Management:\n\n * Plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance projects on telecom towers and associated infrastructure.\n\n * Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.\n\nSupplier Management:\n\n * Liaise with and manage a network of suppliers for inspections and maintenance works.\n\n * Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.\n\nPMO & Reporting:\n\n * Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in line with PMO standards.\n\n * Track budgets, costs, and resource allocation.\n\nInspection & Maintenance Oversight:\n\n * Oversee inspection programs for tower integrity, corrosion, and safety compliance.\n\n * Examples include:\n\n * Concrete footing inspections\n\n * Aircraft warning light inspections\n\n * Tower corrosion assessments\n\nRisk & Compliance:\n\n * Ensure all works adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.\n\n * Identify and mitigate project risks proactively\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\n\n * Knowledge of corrosion prevention, structural integrity, and aviation safety requirements.\n\n * Experience with PMO frameworks and reporting tools.\n\n * Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).\n\n * Proven Project Management experience in telecoms or related infrastructure.\n\n * Strong understanding of capital projects and maintenance programs.\n\n * Familiarity with inspection processes for telecom towers and associated assets.\n\n * Excellent task management, organizational, and delivery-focused mindset.\n\n * Budget management and cost control experience.\n\n * Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
