Role A new opportunity for a skilled and talented Insolvency Solicitor has arisen to join a highly rated team and deal with a varied caseload of insolvency related matters including both corporate and personal insolvency on behalf of a varied client base. As the appointed Solicitor you will be advising individuals, SMEs, larger national and international organisations and insolvency practitioners. Candidate Profile Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious insolvency related matters including both personal and corporate matters. Ideal Insolvency Solicitors will have strong technical expertise in corporate restructure and advisory work.
