What you will be doing:

\n\n

Planning and delivering a variety of events including recruitment fairs, client dinners, seminars, CSR initiatives, and in-house celebrations Working closely with senior stakeholders to create memorable, high-impact experiences Managing all event logistics – from venue set-up and supplier coordination to guest communications Ensuring events run seamlessly, reflecting the company’s brand and values Keeping events fresh, engaging, and innovative through creative thinking and attention to detail

Requirements for the role:

\n\n

2–3 years’ experience in events coordination (preferably in corporate, banking, or professional services) A confident, proactive organiser with an eye for detail and a flair for creativity Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels A can-do attitude and the drive to make every event an unforgettable success Why this role is exciting:
