Shift Pattern: Continental 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shifts (rotating days and nights)

• Salary up to £43,416 per annum, inclusive of a 34% shift allowance

• Attendance bonus of £1,170 per year, paid bi-monthly

• Overtime paid at 1.75x standard rate, increasing to 2x on Bank Holidays
