A leading manufacturer of plastic products is actively seeking an Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor to join their team due to an internal promotion. Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for all production aspects of the shift in line with the production plan. £42,000-£45,000, Monday-Friday working As the Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor, your duties will include: Achieving KPIs, covering OOE, cycle times, quality, and scrap.

Setting machines and troubleshooting process issues.

Overseeing and managing the team on shift (typically 8-12 people made up of a Setter, Materials Handler, Slinger, and Operators).

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor, the ideal candidate will: Possess a strong background in injection moulding.

Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve moulding issues efficiently.

Have exposure to working with robotic automation.

Have some experience in supervising and leading small teams.
