We are acting for a high leading property investment business seeking to appoint an additional solicitor into its established in‑house property team. The business operates nationwide and brings over 26 years of experience in the property investment sector, with a strong track record of completing transactions with an aggregate value in excess of £750 million. The business acts as principal on its own investments, with acquisitions completed through SPV structures, and transactions structured with comprehensive legal and financial support. The Role A hands‑on conveyancing role managing residential and commercial property matters from instruction through to post‑completion. The position sits within an in‑house legal team while operating under the banner of a recognised law firm. Key Responsibilities

Managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters end to end Conducting title investigations, searches, and due diligence Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Managing post‑completion matters, including registrations, SDLT submissions, and requisitions

Requirements

UK-qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in property law Experience across residential and commercial conveyancing or with a focus either, and some experience in the other. Proven ability to manage your own caseload. Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Based within a commutable distance of Battersea, SW11
