You’ll help shape the future of our IT landscape by delivering technical solutions, supporting major rollouts, and enhancing our security posture across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and support key infrastructure projects, including email migrations and centralisation initiatives.

Implement enhancements to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and help optimise on-premises infrastructure.

Deliver -based security solutions across hybrid environments (on-prem & cloud).

Manage access and controls, ensuring systems are secure and compliant.

Collaborate across DevOps, Security, and Application teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Monitor systems proactively, respond to alerts, and maintain operational stability.

Maintain accurate technical documentation and implement configuration best practices.

Support software rollouts and integration efforts across cloud and on-prem systems.

Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.

Liaise with external vendors to ensure consistent service quality and uptime.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Proven experience in an IT infrastructure or technical support role.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Entra ID, and cloud technologies.

Confident communicator with a self-starter mindset and the ability to work autonomously.

Desirable

Experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, hybrid).

Familiarity with storage and backup solutions.

Working knowledge of IT security best practices and how they apply in real-world scenarios.
