We are recruiting Industrial Cleaners to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Inverness area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with great hours and a clear pay increase after 12 weeks.
About the Role As an Industrial Cleaner, you will play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across production and facility areas. Your duties may include:
Cleaning manufacturing and production spaces
Ensuring work areas meet hygiene and safety standards
Using industrial cleaning equipment
Supporting the wider team with routine cleaning schedules
Following all site Health & Safety procedures
What Were Looking For Reliable, hardworking and able to work 12-hour shifts
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Whats on Offer 4-day working week (MondayThursday)
£13.57 per hour, increasing to £14.11 after 12 weeks
