A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Integrated Logistic Support Manager to join a leading defence engineering department to support the next generation of complex systems for a global customer base.

This role performs the duties of Integrated Logistic Support Manager and reports to the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support next generation missile system programmes through effective ILS planning and delivery
• Drive strategic support planning across supply chain, engineering, and customer delivery
• Manage multiple concurrent support activities, ensuring issues are prioritised and resolved
• Contribute to the development of predictive logistics models and support solutions
• Enhance programme management capability and strengthen customer engagement across international stakeholders

The ideal candidate would have:

• Broad engineering background with experience supporting complex systems
• Degree level qualification in a numerate or technical discipline
• Experience working with logistics modelling tools and methodologies
• Exposure to customer facing roles and stakeholder communication

The ideal candidate must have:

• Proven Integrated Logistic Support experience
• Strong understanding of weapon system support models
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple issues under pressure
• Strategic planning capability from supply chain through to customer delivery
