The Role:

So, what will you be doing as an ILS Manager?

Lead a team of engineers through the full lifecycle of a cutting-edge SONAR system, from design through to delivery and support. Take ownership of a key support contract, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Manage the development and execution of Technical Assessment Forms (TAFs) and oversee the creation and delivery of robust Work Packages. Scope, resource, and define ongoing and future engineering work packages to meet strategic and operational goals.
