Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer

to take ownership of ILS delivery across major Naval programmes. This role sits at the heart of long-term system supportability, ensuring all customer and contractual requirements are met while shaping effective through-life support strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage ILS activities across high-profile Naval projects.

Ensure full compliance with customer, contractual and industry standards.

Collaborate closely with engineering, project and customer teams to deliver robust through-life support solutions.

Oversee technical publications, codification, spares modelling and reliability analysis.

Act as a subject matter expert on ILS processes, standards and toolsets.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of systems engineering, product development and through-life support lifecycles.

In-depth knowledge of ILS standards such as

Def Stan 00-600 ,

ASD S3000L ,

JSP 886 ,

Def Con 117 , and familiarity with defence customer environments.

Hands-on experience with technical publications, particularly

ASD S1000D .

Knowledge of

NATO Codification

and

Spares Modelling .

Experience using reliability modelling tools such as

ReliaSoft XFMEA ,

BlockSim , or equivalent.
