With a strong emphasis on pensions, retirement planning, and ongoing client relationships, the firm offers a stable and professional environment where client service is at the heart of everything they do.Key Responsibilities:Client contact, assistance and communicationLiaising with clients and providers to gather informationAssisting with product and fund researchProducing cash flow modelsAttending client file meetings with advisersSupporting advisers with suitability reports (advice intended and given)New business processing through to completion, including chasing providersFile checking and ensuring completeness and compliance standardsClient servicing (e.g. change of address, income withdrawals, drawdown servicing)Managing ongoing client reviews and review cyclesPreparing ongoing review suitability lettersContacting clients as required for servicing and updatesHandling incoming and outgoing post, including post office runs where neededGeneral office duties including scanning, filing, and answering callsOffice housekeeping and administrative supportWhat Were Looking For:Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services support roleStrong understanding of pensions and retirement income products (essential)Excellent communication and client service skillsExperience working with advisers and financial planning processesStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy environmentConfident handling client communication and provider liaisonDesirable Skills:Experience with Intelliflo or similar CRM systemsKnowledge of cashflow modelling toolsExperience supporting paraplanners or advisers with suitability reportsUnderstanding of drawdown and pension withdrawal processesHow to Apply:Interested?
