IAM Specialist (SC eligible)
Inside IR35 £500 per day
Oxford (Hybrid) - occasional travel

Talent Consulting is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to join one of our clients on a contract basis. This role will play a key part in delivering and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities within a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support IGA platforms and solutions
Integrate IGA systems with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
Design and manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows
Produce clear technical documentation and operational runbooks
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and JML automation
Hands-on experience implementing IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or similar)
Desirable Skills and Experience:
SC Cleared or SC Eligible (Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years to be eligible)
Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
Vendor certifications in IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada)
SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
Experience with segregation of duties (SoD) and access risk analytics
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
Experience with API integration and web services
Familiarity with ITSM workflows and change control processes
Experience working within public sector or critical national infrastructure environments
£500.00 - £550.00 / day
