Teamwork partnership is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Hygiene Operative to join our team at a busy food manufacturing facility in Melton . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where cleanliness and safety are essential to success.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional hygiene standards across production areas to ensure the factory operates safely and efficiently.
Key Duties:
Cleaning production areas, machinery, and equipment ,toilets to strict hygiene standards
Following cleaning schedules and food safety procedures
Safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment
Completing hygiene checks and record-keeping as required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
What Were Looking For:
Previous hygiene or cleaning experience in food or manufacturing (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and a positive work ethic
Shift pattern :
Monday to Friday
7am- 4pm
Overtime after 40 hrs 1x25
