SEND Outreach Worker
to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across primary and secondary settings in Halifax. This is a dynamic, hybrid position combining in-school support, outreach work, and multi-agency collaboration. Work directly with SEND pupils in both primary and secondary schools Travel between education settings across the area Work flexibly to attend meetings or undertake specific duties, which may occasionally fall outside of standard school hours Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (or higher) Full UK driving licence You'll have a genuine passion for improving outcomes for SEND students and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with a range of stakeholders.
