The Role:

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:

\n Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfer of equity Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Conducting title checks and resolving legal issues Overseeing contract exchanges and completions Liaising with clients, agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors

\n Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer Strong leasehold experience Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently Excellent time management and communication skills A client-focused approach and the ability to build lasting relationships
