About the Role

This is a hands-on, field-based position where you'll be our primary service expert. You'll work independently, but always with the full support of our friendly office staff. This role is perfect for someone who thrives without corporate micromanagement and wants to directly impact customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Serving as our lead service technician in the field.

Communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners, documenting all visits.

Maintaining clean and organized job sites.

Collaborating with our office team to continuously improve service call scheduling and support.

Participating in occasional trainings and meetings to stay sharp.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential experience is a significant plus).

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.

EPA Certification ().

Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

Comfortable working in various environments, including attics and crawlspaces.

A friendly, professional, and clear communicator who can build rapport with customers.
