Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00 (No Out-of-Hours Call Out)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced HVAC Engineers to join a growing engineering team supporting large-scale leisure and hospitality environments. This is a permanent position offering a stable MondayFriday schedule with no call-out requirement.

The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor works across a range of HVAC and associated building services systems within a busy, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across HVAC systems.

• Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and ventilation systems.

• Complete reactive maintenance tasks in line with service level agreements.

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.

• Complete job reports and documentation accurately.

• Liaise with site teams and management to ensure high service delivery standards.

• Support continuous improvement and maintain high levels of customer service.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience working as an HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer.

• F-Gas qualification.

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

• Additional mechanical or electrical qualifications.

• Experience working within large commercial or leisure environments.
