Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects, they are seeking an experienced HV SAP to join their team in the Midlands. The Role: Act as the Senior Authorised Person (SAP) responsible for HV switchgear operations and safety on live sites Manage site authorisations, switching activities, and safety procedures in line with DNO and company standards Supervise HV isolations, testing, and commissioning tasks Liaise with DNOs, site teams, and clients to ensure project safety and compliance Lead safety briefings, risk assessments, and ensure adherence to relevant legislation Maintain accurate documentation including switching schedules and test reports Support project delivery teams during installation and maintenance phases The Candidate: Proven experience as an HV SAP or similar role in the utilities, construction, or engineering sectors Full DNO authorisation (preferably ENWL, NPG, SPEN, or other Midlands-based networks) Strong knowledge of HV safety rules, isolation procedures, and operational ...
