HR Business Partner – 6mth FTC

My client is in urgent need of an experienced HRBP to join the business on a 6-month FTC to start asap.

The site employs over 700 people and specialises in chilled food products for the major retailers.

The role is Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00


You will work closely with Line Managers and Senior Leaders, playing a key role in implementing the People Plan throughout the business.

About you.

  • Ideally you will be CIPD qualified but its not essential
  • Experience of operating at HRBP level ideally within a fast-paced manufatcuirng environment with over 500 employees is desirable.
  • You will have the ability to coach, influence, and challenge business partners effectively.

  • Project Experience


Experience of handling disciplinary and grievance processes is a must!
