HR Advisor – Up to £40k - London - Hybrid


We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the UK transport sector for a HR Advisor to join their people team.

This role will act as a key point of contact for managers, providing expert HR guidance across a range of topics including employee relations, absence management, recruitment, policy implementation, and probation.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide range of employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, sickness, probation)
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Advise on HR policy and best practices
  • Provide HR data reporting and insights
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including trade union reps
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in unionised environments preferred
