JOB PURPOSE An experienced, focused generalist HR professional with excellent interpersonal skills to provide a full comprehensive HR service. To support the HR Manager and the plants adherence Company HR Policies and procedures, legal compliance and best practice. Provide a proactive, effective professional HR service to the plant and all internal customers.You will be responsible for a diverse range of general tasks, including employee administration, monitoring employee benefits, pay queries, providing payroll with employee starter/leaver on a monthly basis, reporting on absences, working on disciplinary matters as necessary and Training & Development. Responsible for ensuring the business delivers effective training, specifically within the areas of Performance Management, Career Development and Succession Planning.
