HSE Advisor – Civils, Electrical & Gas 📍 Norfolk | Permanent | Competitive + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced site-based HSE Advisor to join a major infrastructure project in Norfolk. You’ll oversee safety on deep excavations, live electrical works, civils/construction, and gas infrastructure activities.

What you’ll do:

Advise and support site teams on all HSE matters

*

Review RAMS, permits, and high-risk activity plans

*

Carry out inspections, audits, and safety observations

*

Deliver briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions

*

Investigate incidents and implement improvements

What you’ll need:

*

Proven HSE experience in civils, utilities, or construction

*

Strong knowledge of deep excavation & electrical safety

*

NEBOSH General (minimum), NEBOSH Construction preferred

*

Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills

*

Full UK driving licence

Desirable: Gas safety tickets (SCO, SHEA Gas), HV experience, Confined Space training.
